“Users” will be used to describe a visitor of the website. (This can be account holders and non-account holders.)
“Providers” will be used to describe people who provide items to users in the online marketplace.
We collect data when you create an account with us.
This may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase history; and technical data, such as information about cookies.
Personal information may be collected from you, such as your Name, IP address, Email address, Mailing address, Credit Card or other payment details, and your Phone number. We also collect information about each transaction on our Platform including the items claimed and not claimed. We may also analyze visitors and usage patterns of such visits to the Platform to make improvements to the website and the information within it and to be able to send you relevant information from time to time.
For all purchases & transactions on the Gifted Eats platform, we use Stripe. Because of this we do not have access to financial data when purchases are made as that information is encrypted.
We cannot see credit card information on our back end.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We store this media on a hosted server.
When users use the contact forms on Gifted Eats to contact us, we receive a copy of the email.
We collect the user’s name, email address, and message so that we can ensure quality service and monitor for safety and security reasons.
We use cookies to understand if we have shown you important information such as our GDRP policy. By using cookies, we have the ability to only show you these items once which creates a less interruptive experience for you.
This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you clear site data in your browser.
Pages & Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites (such as YouTube) behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
We use Google Analytics to track the site performance, visitors numbers, time of visit and most visited pages.
We use Facebook Pixel to help us target users who may like our service during Facebook marketing campaigns.
By default Gifted Eats does not share any personal data with anyone for any reason.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. These accounts are protected by a user-defined password.
This information will be held until the user deletes the profile or when admin determines the profile has been inactive for more than 1 year.
In the unlikely event that a data breach should occur, we will contact the proper authorities for the case depending on type of information taken. This can include local police, Federal Trade Commission, or Credit reporting companies.
by default, we do not collect information such as birthdays, social security numbers, or any other personally identifiable information other than name and email address.
At this time, Gifted Eats does not receive data from any third party website.
